Delivery time for prints is 7-21 days after the date of purchase.
There is No minimum order in place
All images are checked before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Should any quality issues arise that may affect the delivery of products inside the allotted time the customer will be contacted directly and informed of any such issues.
Some cropping of images may occur due to the nature of sizes provided. Any such cropping will be done in a sympathetic manner that will not detract from the final image.
Viewing galleries for nurseries will be displayed in a secure password protected area.
Payments can be made via Paypal, where you can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. These are secure purchases that do not reveal your credit card number or financial information. If you prefer, you may pay by cheque made payable to Ivan Burn Photography. Images will only be released on receipt of cheque through post.
Galleries will remain online for up to four months after shoot date.
Nursery organisers will recieve 15% commission from all initial sales excluding canvas prints up to two months after shoot date.
Photographers are fully CRB checked.
Photographers have full liability insurance cover.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered if any problems cannot be resolved.
